We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged records and/or merchandise during shipping. We are also not responsible for any delays due to customs or mistakes made by postal services. In such cases, do contact us so we can notify the local post and see if they can find where your package is at. When ordering there are options for registered shipping and track & trace following. Please use them if you are wary of postal services.
Keep in mind that to some countries shipping may take some time.
All items are being shipped from The Netherlands via national postal services PostNL. We aim to ship ordered items as soon as possible. This may take up to three days after your order has been placed. If the item states pre-order, please read the paragraph titled ‘Pre-orders’. We will ship your items as they are ordered, you can choose between standard, track & trace and registered shipping.
We too are into buying records and we prefer them to arrive at one piece. We aim to pack our records as we would like to have them received; in solid packages.
Returns are not accepted, unless a mistake has been made from our side. For example: You have received the wrong record.
We try to be as clear as possible with our pre-orders. Pre-orders are not available for shipping yet. The release date of the pre-order will be in the item description. Shipments will be done on the date of release. In case of multiple items in one order, we will wait for the last pre-order to be released to ship all ordered items at once. If you wish your other items to be shipped right away, order them seperately. Please note that shipping costs will be calculated per order to be shipped.
